Byron has served as the lead investor and sole independent director of ForeSee Medical, Inc. since its formation in 2017. ForeSee is a successor company that was funded in 2017 by the same team which founded and successfully exited from Health Fusion by a sale in 2016 to NextGen (www.nextgen.com). Byron and his family were lead investors in Health Fusion and committed a portion of their gains from Health Fusion to become lead investors in ForeSee Medical.
