Mr. Georgiou served from 2005 to 2020 on the advisory board of the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance which hosts the leading blog on corporate governance and financial regulation.
The HLS Program on Corporate Governance, operating within the John M. Olin Center for Law, Economics, and Business, seeks to facilitate research and scholarship about corporate governance and provide a framework for research and discussion by individuals holding a wide range of views on corporate governance issues.
